By purchasing, you agree to the following:

  • Booking: Book your first session within 2 weeks of purchase. One grace extension may be granted for extenuating circumstances, please reach out to request it. Otherwise, unbooked purchases are forfeited and non-refundable.
  • Scheduling: Your 2 sessions must be booked no more than 2 weeks apart.
  • Rescheduling: Requires at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) forfeit that session, no refunds or makeups.
  • Support window: 5 business days of Telegram support begins immediately after Session 1. Support does not extend beyond this window or bridge to Session 2 if scheduled further out.
  • Refunds: All sales are final.
